* Mark Chesshir played ball in Korea, Texas, California, and Nashville. He was offered a full baseball scholarship but decided to pursue his passion of music for his life's work. Having a son who loved the game and then working with him and with teams in the Nashville area, Mark recognized the need to help players and coaches with the fundamentals of the game and established NBTA in 2004. In the past 6 years he has developed instruction focused on the younger players that has benefited and increased success in what is considered one of the hardest games to learn.
